in search of robert kerlin

On motion ordered that Joseph Gill and John Watson be appointed administrators of Robert Kirlan deceased. Bond to be given in the sum of four hundred dollars J C (?) Wright + (?) WB Bube approved of as security. Samuel Crothers, James Updegraff + Isaac Parker appointed appraisers.

Note : Motion obviously made before Sept. 27, 1823.
