Petition for leave to sell real estate.
The administrators of said Kerlin dec. reports to the Court as per report on file, that they have made sale at public vendue of the property particularly described in their said report + in their petition heretofore filed in this Court, and that the same was sold on the twelfth of November last in the town of Mount Pleasant and pursuant to public notice and struck off to John Alexander for the sum of two hundred and sixty six Dollars that being the highest and best bid therefor and more than ( crossed out : two thirds of) the minimum price fixed on by this Court at their last August term ( crossed out : and the Court being satisfied at their last August term). And the Court being satisfied that all the provisions of the law had been complied with. On motion it is ordered that the said report be accepted and the sale confirmed. And that the Administrators make to the purchaser a Deed. And the Court allow to the said Administrators the following items attending said sale to wit Appraisers for $2.50 Attorney for $8.00 Administrators allowance $ 8.00- Printers Bill $6.25 Clerk $ 3.27 Shff-96-
