Joseph Gill and Watson Administrators of Robert Kerlin deceased having reported to the Court that the real estate of said deceased heretofore ordered by the Court to be sold at and for the sum of three hundred Dollars has been offered for sale at public auction since the last term and would not sell for said sum of money and praying leave to sell said property for a less sum. It is ordered by the court that the said Administrators have leave to sell said real estate for the highest sum which can be procured for the same + not less than one hundred and fifty dollars upon a credit of not more than one year.
